Together, we bring the strategy, the systems, and the human touch — blending product thinking, operational know-how, people analytics, and a clear-eyed view of what AI can (and can't) do.
A career spent building businesses rooted in service, structure, and trust. I started in hospitality management and grew through 20+ years of entrepreneurship. No matter the industry, I've always focused on people: creating systems that support them, teams that function with clarity, and work that feels connected to something real.
Now in HR tech, I focus on the people side of change. I shape the full experience, not just the tools, so organizations can recognize and use the potential already within their teams.
20+ years building software and seeing how often great people get overlooked. Navy vet, startup alum, system thinker — I bring a mix of strategy, design sense, and hands-on engineering.
A lifetime of shipping enterprise-grade software: from desktop tax platforms to cybersecurity and AI/ML IoT products. Front-end, back-end, databases, scalable architecture, DevOps, and AI.
With 8+ years across U.S. Government, startups, and consulting, Tiago has seen firsthand what happens when organizations adopt powerful technology without bringing their people along. Armed with dual Master's degrees in Cyberpsychology and Digital Transformation Leadership, he studies the space between human behavior and the tools we build.
At hidn, he's focused on making sure the platform doesn't just work, but works for the people using it. Because the best technology in the world means nothing if no one feels ready to use it.
