Lisa Lewis
A career spent building businesses rooted in service, structure, and trust. I started in hospitality management and grew through 20+ years of entrepreneurship. No matter the industry, I’ve always focused on people: creating systems that support them, teams that function with clarity, and work that feels connected to something real.
Now in HR tech, I focus on the people side of change. I shape the full experience, not just the tools, so organizations can recognize and use the potential already within their teams. When people feel seen and supported, growth isn’t just possible. It’s shared.

Canute Bigler
20+ years building software and seeing how often great people get overlooked. Navy vet, startup alum, product thinker. I bring a mix of strategy, design sense, and hands-on engineering, the kind of blend that helps ideas turn into real things.
I’ve spent most of that time in the weeds: building tax platforms, securing networks, shipping IoT products, hardening systems against cyber threats. Wielding a formidable range of skills, now cranked up to 11 by AI, I'm excited to be building a future where skills are easier to see and were all connected to do our best work.
